Please welcome Mrs. Nicole McPeters as the new Principal at Bourbon Middle School for the 2024-25 school year.
Mrs. McPeters has 10 years of teaching experience, 8 years at the middle school level and 2 years at the high school level. She holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia College and received her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Southwest Baptist University.
She has held many leadership positions and the background knowledge, training, and experience she has gained allows her to implement best practices, such as: Professional Learning Communities, Response to Intervention, and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports.

I have a deep passion for creating a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels empowered to reach their full potential. I'm excited to work collaboratively with the staff, students, parents, and guardians of Bourbon Middle School.”
